Ibarrola Txiki rural house is located in the municipality of Usurbil, very close to San Sebastian and the coast (Orio, Zarautz, Getaria, Zumaia...)
but away enough to enjoy the tranquility and nature that surrounds it.

The house is divided into three floors: an upper floor with 6 bedrooms, living room and kitchen; on the second floor an apartment with room for 4 people and in the rest of the building live the owners.

The whole house has room for 16 people and guests have the possibility of choosing between 3 types of accommodation:

    -    Per room sharing kitchen and living room with the rest of the guests.

    -    Entire house: 6 rooms with their own bathroom in the room (4 rooms with a double bed and 2 rooms with two single beds), kitchen and living room. All for 12 people.

    -    Apartment: Room with double bed, room with two single beds, kitchen-living room, bathroom and its own terrace. Perfect for small families.

Outside the house, there is a terrace with views of the mountains, a large garden with a playground and barbecue, and a parking area.
Ideal for having a coffee or simply relaxing watching the views that the house offers.

The house has a spacious apartment with room for 4 people.
